Team Chat Launcher is local-first. This page explains what stays local, what the Hub handles, and what may leave your environment when optional features are enabled.
Local-first data handling
Chat data is primarily stored on user devices or in the local deployment environment selected by the team. The Hub does not store plaintext chat content, message plaintext, message keys, user private keys, chat keys, or contact lists for the website payment or license flow.
Temporary files
Temporary file hosting uses encrypted payloads. The Hub is not presented as plaintext file storage.
Remote AI providers
If a user enables a remote AI provider, the context that the user explicitly confirms sending will be sent to that provider. Provider behavior is governed by the provider the user selects.
Support form data
When you submit the support form, the site processes the information you enter, such as name, email, category, operating system, installation method, subject, message, consent, and optional diagnostic text. Do not submit passwords, private keys, server credentials, or plaintext chat screenshots.
Email routing
support@louailocal.com forwards incoming support email to a project maintainer inbox. Public pages do not show the personal destination inbox, and Cloudflare Email Routing is not an outbound mailbox service.
Payment data
The website currently prepares mainland China Alipay collection only. Payment data is handled by Alipay or the selected payment service. This website does not directly process bank card numbers. Payment status is based on server-side verified Alipay notification, not a browser return alone. Order records store SKU, amount, currency, provider status, payment mode, hashes, and non-sensitive timestamps.
License activation data
License checks do not upload chats and do not upload message keys. A license check may send a license id, a device hash, and app version to verify paid convenience features with minimized authorization data.
Analytics and ads
The website does not use third-party advertising scripts or advertising-network tracking. If analytics, payments, or support tooling changes later, this privacy notice should be updated before those changes are made public.
